Yesterday, Reception enjoyed a fantastic visit from a paramedic as part of our People Who Help Us topic. The children learnt all about the important work paramedics do and explored the different types of emergency vehicles. They even had the chance to step inside a real ambulance and try on a paramedic helmet, taking on the role themselves.

Some of the children measured their heart rate and oxygen levels, discovering what the machine can tell us about our bodies. It was a wonderful hands-on experience and such a special treat for everyone!
