Swimming Success

We are delighted to share some of the outstanding swimming success achieved by one of our pupils so far in 2026. They have shown exceptional dedication to their sport, training 4–5 times each week, including early morning sessions starting at 6:30am.
Their commitment has led to remarkable results. At the Halesowen Swimming Club Presentation Evening in February, the pupil was awarded all eight trophies in their age category. They also secured 11 County qualifying times this year and competed at the Worcester County Championships in January and February, reaching multiple finals and finishing 4th in the county for the 50m butterfly.
More recently, the pupil was selected by Worcester County to attend the County Development Camps in Malvern throughout 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed the first camp held this weekend.
Alongside this, they are currently in the middle of gala season and have represented their club across four different leagues, taking part in 12 galas so far this year. This is in addition to their continued involvement in football, tennis, golf and athletics, demonstrating an impressive ability to balance a wide range of sporting commitments with their studies.
We are incredibly proud of the pupil’s achievements and the dedication they show both in and out of school.
