Do stressful mealtimes feel like a daily challenge? If so, why not join the HENRY Fussy Eating Workshop at Lapal Primary School?

This free, supportive workshop is designed for parents and carers of children up to the age of 7 and offers practical advice, ideas and strategies to help make mealtimes more enjoyable for the whole family.

During the session, families will explore:

• Ways to encourage children to try new foods and develop positive eating habits.
• Child-friendly foods that provide the nutrients children need to grow and thrive.
• Strategies for creating happier, less stressful family mealtimes.
• Practical tips and support from experienced facilitators.
