Y6 Bread Baking Skills

As part of our DT project, year 6, have used all of our skills builders to follow a basic bread recipe. We worked together as a team to make sure we followed each step of the recipe correctly.

After the bread had proved over lunch, we placed it in the oven in our school kitchen.

When it had cooled down, we evaluated the end product. To do this, we thought about the appearance, taste and texture of the bread and if it would be suitable for our elderly community at Gower Gardens.
