Y6 Food Technology Bread Tasting


Yesterday afternoon, 6C had lots of fun trying breads from all around the world to evaluate their characteristics: naan bread, soda bread, rye bread, chapatti, french stick, brioche, potato cakes, pitta bread, welsh cakes and bagels.


It was interesting to discover the origins of each type of bread and find similarities between them. Some of the breads were lovely, others weren't as tasty!
