Year 1 Sparks & Flames

As part of our art focus, Sparks and Flames, the children in Year 1 created their own collages over the last couple of weeks.

First, the children collaged different layers of coloured paper to create effective backgrounds which reflected the flames and then they used black paper to create a silhouette of the houses in the fore ground.

The children really enjoyed creating their pieces of artwork and created some lovely pieces.
