We read the story 'Huge bag of worries' by Virginia Ironside. Then we talked about different emotions and began to think about ways to cope with them. We talked about the meditations that we did in year one and started to build on these. We did the following meditations together: - Finger breathing
- Rainbow breath
- Weather the storm
We talked about how we felt once we had completed the meditation. We compared these feelings to the way that we felt before we did the meditation. We found that we felt much more relaxed, calm and in control once we had completed the meditations.
