Year 4 Carol Service at St Johns

Yesterday, all of year 4 went to St John's church in Halesowen along with other schools in the local area. We were there for a Christmas carol service, the children sang lots of traditional carols some of which were song over 400 years ago, including; O come all ye faithful, once in Royal David's city, Hark the herald and O little town of Bethlehem. We had practised nine songs in total and the children sang very well and did us all proud. Two children were also chosen to deliver readings, telling the reasons why we celebrate Christmas. Oliver and Rhia both read clearly and confidently. Well done to all!
