Birmingham University Science Fair

As you may know last week Lapal held our first Science Fair in school. We choose five winners and their fantastic projects to go to Birmingham University to present their projects to a panel, among hundreds of over children from across the West Midlands. Author Visit

Today we have had Luke Temple, author of the ‘Ghost Island’ series, in school to bring his spooky books to life! He has read extracts from some of his books, talked to the children about his booked and showed them a video clip of one of his stories. Some children even had the chance to act some of his scenes out. Luke also encouraged the children to read more, and spoke about how fantastic it is to be a writer!
